Each dish is prepared within our open scratch kitchen, then sent out as they are plated…“tapas bar style”.

 

Our hand-made sushi, fresh inspired tapas, & grilled hibachi entrees arrives to the table shortly after it leaves our chefs hands to meet optimum standards.
